1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Halyn ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the App and delete it from your device.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Halyn governing all use of the App and any related services.

2. Service Description

Halyn is a movie-community platform that enables users to create profiles, browse and publish posts, manage favorites, maintain personal blacklists, and explore films organized by category. Features include user authentication, real-time community interaction, and curated film collections.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the App.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using Halyn.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are expressly prohibited from:

• Post, share, or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members of the community
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to impair functionality
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App or circumvent its security
• Access another user's account without authorization
• Use automated scripts to scrape or manipulate the App
• Infringe intellectual property or other legal rights of others

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Halyn App, its design, graphics, code, trademarks, and all content therein are the exclusive property of Halyn and its licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Halyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Halyn

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Halyn does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or free of errors or viruses. The entire risk arising from your use of the App remains with you.

Halyn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community, the App, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. All sections of these Terms that should logically survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Changes to These Terms

Halyn may modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the App or via email. Changes are effective upon posting unless stated otherwise.

You should review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute not resolved informally must be submitted to confidential binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in the United States, with no class actions allowed.
